Procedure for Land Parcel Consolidation:
If a landowner wishes to merge two or more land parcels that are under their ownership and share a common boundary into a single parcel, they must submit an application to the office in the format as per Schedule 19, attaching the following documents:

(a) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate,
(b) Copy of land ownership registration certificate,
(c) Copy of the receipt showing payment of land tax for the current fiscal year,
(d) Printed map showing the parcels requested for consolidation.
